Nach einer umfangreichen Renovierung der Gästesuiten und Veranstaltungsräume, wollten die Manager des Park Hyatt Hotels die Heizeffizienz verbessern und den Energieverbrauch reduzieren. Armstrong empfahl, eine der beiden vorhandenen Pumpen durch eine Design Envelope DEPM-Pumpe zu ersetzen, um einen Effizienzvergleich auf direktem Niveau.
