In addition to the annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

Production Requirements

• Diploma or Professional course with relevant experience of 5 years
• Understanding and handling the production in one shift completely and independently.Ability to work in rotational shifts (incl. Night shift) are only preferred for this role.
• Be able to identify shortages and push for getting the parts from stores.
• Be able to check the hours of accounting done by the operators.
• Be able to review the efficiency report and identify root causes of low efficiency operators and act on improving their efficiencies.
• Ensure the product is ready for final inspection.
• Offer products to final quality inspection, coordinate with Quality team accordingly.
• Verify the variances b/w the planned cost and quantities of BOM with the actual ones.
• Complete production orders and put them in the right location in ERP.
• Be able to provide updates in daily production order review meeting.

Role Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with operations in an industrial environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of deliveries, handling priorities and operators
• Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.
• Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
• Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
