The Integrated Tower Control 9521 is a simple and robust automation system for any cooling tower application, reducing its heat rejection load. The 9521 ITC works in a cooling tower heat rejection configuration and keeps the plant including cooling towers or fluid coolers and their fans, and Design Envelope pumps running smoothly.
The Design Envelope 9511 IPC is a control system to offer automation for variable speed configuration with variable flow control in order to improve occupant comfort while minimizing power consumption. Installed in the mechanical room the IPC is connected directly to the equipment to communicate and control the components. The IPC can also connect to a central BAS to allow interface with the IPC via a BAS; all-the-while maintaining full control of your chilled water system.
The Armstrong Integrated Water-Cooled Chiller Plant Control System (IPC) boosts energy efficiencies of new and existing chiller plant installations to leading class levels. The IPC 9521 works with all variable primary configurations, keeping the entire plant - including water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, chilled water and condenser pumps - running at optimum performance and occupant comfort
This product is designed, assembled, and tested to meet the Self-Regulating Variable Speed Fire Pump Unit, as described in NFPA 20 – 2022 Edition. A factory-built integrated fire pump unit consisting of pump, driver, and variable speed control unit, configured to maintain the set pressure until the maximum pump brake horsepower is reached while acting as a variable speed pressure limiting control and/or a variable speed suction limiting control.
Base mounted end-suction horizontal pumping unit with integrated intelligent controls for easier installation and superior energy performance. Saves up to 75% in energy over comparable traditional constant speed or variable frequency operated pump installations. Units up to 10hp (7.5kW) include integral vibration isolators.
The Armstrong Compass R is an energy-efficient variable speed dry-rotor circulator. Designed to replace existing fixed speed circulators, with popular flange-to-flange dimensions, Compass R can be considered a universal replacement for all circulators in its capacity range.
A retrofit of an existing constant speed Armstrong Vertical In-line to a Armstrong Design Envelope Vertical In-line pump utilizing the existing casing and replacing all other components. Pipe-mounted with integrated intelligent controls for continued space savings and superior energy performance. Saves up to 70% in energy compared to traditional constant speed pump installations.
Pipe-mounted UL 778 pumping unit with integrated intelligent controls for space-saving installation and superior energy performance. Saves up to 75% in energy over comparable traditional constant speed or variable frequency operated pump installations.
Pipe-mounted 2-pump unit with integrated intelligent controls for space-saving installation, superior energy performance, and parallel-pumping or full redundancy operation. Saves up to 75% in energy over comparable traditional constant speed or variable speed operated pump installations.
The Armstrong Design Envelope 6800 Boosters are fully assembled, programmed, integrated and factory-tested turn-key booster systems. They are equipped with vertical multistage pumps and come in arrangements of 2 to 5 pumps. The integrated controls allow for superior performance and energy efficiency across broad operating envelopes. Most suitable for applications where energy consumption and low maintenance are critical, installation space comes at a premium, and occupant comfort is a high priority.
