Who should join?

Armstrong is interested in partnering with established industry professionals focused on providing excellent customer service. Successful applicants will:

be recognized leaders in the Mechanical HVAC Service Industry, Mechanical contracting industry
be willing to invest in their technician training
have sufficient infrastructure to support a first-class service operation
have an existing customer base with Armstrong equipment which service is offered operate in a geographic territory that is not currently covered by the existing ASP network

Applicants must be willing to meet all the requirements defined below:

Will be required to update Armstrong regularly with a list of current technicians. We encourage partners to hire full-time technicians, but will allow partners to work with freelance technicians under the following conditions:
Partner must register contracted technicians for the specific products they will be expected to service
Contracted technicians may only deliver service while under instruction from the Service Partner and for the product line certified to service
