CRISTALLIA – DISTRICT COOLING PLANT – PARIS
Armstrong pumps solutions were selected for the Cristalia district cooling project. The 12MW chilled water plant is located on the west side of Paris. The DE 4300 in-line pumps have allowed a 50% reduction in plant room space. A series of in-line pumps were supplied as well as the largest pump module (iFMS) consisting of 3x DE4300 pumps, 200kW each with integrated drives. The pipework mounted configuration pumps eliminated several tonnes of concrete and allowed significant savings on the steel infrastructure.

NEXITY BLOCK T8 TOLBIAC–URBAN HEATING - PARIS
A construction project of a 35,000m² building with mix-usage (Offices/Retail/Residential) was built over railway line in Paris.
Armstrong was able to demonstrate the impact of its pipe mounted pump solution to reduce plant room space and eliminate critical weight on building infrastructure. Armstrong supplied several DE4312, DE4300 and pressurization unit 3750 packages. |

GLOBAL SWITCH – DATACENTER - PARIS
High tech building with 10,000m² of ultra-sensitive computer rooms in the heart of Paris. Armstrong has a long history in the Datacentre market and was able to demonstrate its capability and knowledge in precision cooling applications. The Olympic Village in London symbolises the regeneration of the east side of the British capital, a project covering over 2 million square metres. The Olympic infrastructure is underpinned by a colossal district heating scheme of 200MW of heating and 64MW of cooling.
