CIRCULATING PUMPS (SINGLE) - DE 4300

New generation of single stage in-line pumps with integrated drives. The on-board Sensorless technology allows for optimum operation with variable flow / variable head controls.  Quick mechanical seal access facilitates mechanical retrofit without removing the motor.  Standard models are available in Cast Iron (PN16) or Ductile Iron (PN25) with IE3 Equivalent motor efficiency.

CIRCULATING PUMPS (TWIN)- DE 4312

New generation of twin stage in-line pumps with integrated drives.

CIRCULATING PUMPS (PARALLEL) - DE 4302

New generation of parallel operated in-line pumps with integrated drives. Integrated valve on the suction and discharge allow isolation of one pump head without stopping the system.  .

SUCTION GUIDE & FLO-TREX VALVE

Pump trims designed to reduce pump installation cost and optimise plant room space.  The Suction Guide is a twin mesh strainer, angled at 90°, available with flangedPN16/PN25 or grooved connections.  The Flo-Trex valve is a multi-function valve that integrates a non-return valve, an isolation valve and flow regulating valve. It is available with flanged PN16/PN25 or grooved connections

iFMS –PUMPING MODULE

High performance pumping module with an on-board intelligent automation system, designed for variable volume HVAC applications. Includes the power distribution panel (PowerMotive) and available up to 5 pumps in the same header.

PSPC –PARALLEL SENSORLESS AUTOMATION

Armstrong Fluid Technology’s new Parallel Sensorless Pump Controller coordinates the operation of up to four Armstrong variable speed pumps to offer superior energy efficiency at a reduced first installed cost. By automatically ensuring best efficiency staging, the new technology can improve pump efficiency in parallel pumping applications by as much as 35%.

3750 – PRESSURIZATION UNIT

The 3750 module is a cost effective solution for the management of pressure variation in HVAC systems.  The 3750 regulate the pressure in a close circuit environment to eliminate potential air injection in heating or cooling circuit.

GLA –GLYCOL AUTOFILL

The GLA module is specifically designed to manage Glycol injection in cooling or heating systems.  A recirculation operating mode ensures the appropriate water/glycol mix, prior to the injection in to the circuit.

CBV – BALANCING VALVES

A range of circuit balancing valves with pressure points upstream, to allow for accurate measurement.  High precision regulation with a ‘five turn’ manual handle and memory setting.  Armstrong’s CBV’s are sized according to pipe diameter, which facilitate the installation and eliminate the reducing pieces.

BOOSTER – DE 6800

High performance portable water booster set.  The control algorithm simply allows the sequencing of the pump based on hydraulic efficiency for optimum energy saving.   .

OPTI-VISOR – CHILLED WATER PLANT OPTIMISATION

The Opti-Visor automation pack is designed for the optimisation of chilled water plant.  This unique algorithm exploits optimisation opportunities at partial-load operation in variable volume system. The Opti-Visor easily integrates within an existing BMS infra-structure which makes it a very cost effective solution.
