  • Description

The System Envelope - Fluid Management Station (SE-FMS) is a factory-assembled, modular pumping and control system in a single, compact package.

Designed as part of Armstrong’s Envelope Ecosystem and connected through Envelope Core, each SE-FMS brings together mechanical reliability and digital intelligence, enabling performance monitoring, data-driven optimization, and lifecycle visibility.

Unlike traditional loose-equipment or custom-engineered skids, SE-FMS leverages Armstrong’s Performance Mapping to define verified performance envelopes, ensuring predictable design outcomes, simplified integration, and long-term efficiency.

    Standardized design and integration:
    - Reduces lead times and engineering complexity
    - Simplifies installation with single-point power and plug-and-play wiring
    - Enables faster startup and commissioning through the Wrench app
    - Ensures long-term optimization via Envelope Core and digital oversight
    - Supports decarbonization with up to 50% lower embodied carbon and up to 30% energy savings compared to conventional installations.

  • Materials

Carbon steel frame with durable powder-coated finish
Grooved-end Schedule Standard carbon steel piping
ANSI Class 150 full-port isolation valves
UL-listed NEMA 12 painted-steel power and control panels

  • Configuration

Available in Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex modular assemblies
    Modular design for scalable capacity
Equipped with Design Envelope Tango Vertical In-Line pumps for built-in redundancy
Integrated Armstrong DEPC or SE-F10.1 control for optimized redundancy and staging
combines pumps, Suction Guides, valves, integrated controls (DEPC or SE-F10.1), and power distribution panels
    All configurations share the same:
    Factory-assembled, pre-piped, pre-wired construction
    Plug-and-play installation with single-point power
Wrench App for commissioning and Envelope Core
All assemblies are factory-wired, pressure-tested, and quality-verified prior to shipment
