This is an entry level position to support Service operations in the UK. The incumbent works very closely with our Field Service Technicians, Customers, Tech Support and Sales teams to provide excellent customer service. Reports to the Service Team Leader or Supervisor.

Service Coordination

  • Maintains service, warranty and technical support inbox and logs calls and orders through the ticketing system and acknowledges processing of requests.
  • Process field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, warranty returns, service requests using our current, multi-business system platforms.
  • Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems and offers economic solutions.
  • Assists with warranty returns and resolution by creating Warranty Return Authorizations.
  • Works closely with L1/L2 Technical Support, QA, Sales, Logistics in cross-functional teams.
  • Helps create and maintain role related workflows.
  • Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled.

Education

  • Candidates with post-secondary college level business diploma or degree are desired.

Experience

  • Three to five years experience in a fast-paced service or customer service type environment is a necessity. HVAC experience would be an asset.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Infor LN ERP.
  • Strong PC skills, especially Word, Excel are a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present business information and respond to questions from groups of managers, channel partners, customer, and End-users.
