Main Job Accountability

  • Responsible for the Cloud service sales which includes Pump Manger renewals, Eco Pulse renewals, and other cloud services across the Global and will be based out of Bangalore.
  • Ensure - Customer success from smooth onboarding the customer and through the life cycle.
  • Communicate to customer and articulate the Value proposition.

2ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Support field service sales team.
  • Coordinate changes to customers and the sales team. Update changes in the pump manger the customer contact changes if any.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Inside sales - Digitization.

  • Responsible for Cloud Services including pump manager, Eco Pulse, and other cloud service renewals - reaching to customers from the opportunities, subscription expiries and convert them to renewals.
  • Reach out to customers from the opportunities and subscription expiry list brief them about the benefits of the Cloud services, availability of the real time data and insights like alarms.
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly report on the progress on the opportunity / subscription expiry and their status.
  • Customer success initiatives like welcome call during on boarding, follow up weekly calls and helping customer familiarisation with the cloud service r dashboard.
  • Facilitate the customer to download the monthly report and also brief them about the metrics captured.
  • Navigate customer on the subscription renewal process: credit card payment mode / PO mode. Follow up to ensure that payments are credited / received and share the details to cloud team to ensure seamless customer pump manger activation process.
  • Reach out to subscribers before 90 days of expiry and brief them on early renewals benefits and also multi year subscription price benefits.
  • All customer calls to be documented in the LN call log / Tracker.
  • Share regional service team the customer details for physical in person meeting request by customer.
  • Navigate and brief customers on parts ordering using Cloud Service.
  • Update customer contacts changes if any in pump manager. Demonstrate the energy savings & DE benefits to the end-user.
