    Parallel pumping installations using Design Envelope pumps or variable speed pumps in combination with an Armstrong Integrated Pumping System (IPS) or Integrated Pump Control System (IPC). Ideal for new and retrofit secondary and tertiary circuit single-zone chilled water applications in commercial or industrial settings. Also ideal for primary only heating single zone boiler heating applications. For multi-zone circuits and for variable-primary only chilled water applications please refer to Design Envelope 4000 IPS.

  • Description

    The Armstrong Parallel Sensorless Pump Controller (PSPC) stages individual pumps in a parallel configuration for best overall pumping efficiency. PSPC improves energy efficiency by up to 30% over traditional parallel pumping installations without the use of external sensors. PSPC embeds control logic in each Design Envelope pump, IPS, or IPC for optimal orchestration of the full pump array.
