In this role, you will be handling Commissioning and After sales support of IPS/IPC control panels within your assigned territory, driving strategies, and achieving customer satisfaction by following service guidelines.  You'll strive to exceed customer expectations and foster satisfaction through a variety of responsibilities:

Service Operation Activities 

  • Territory Management: Navigate your assigned territory, adhering to our Service guidelines and provide excellent commissioning and after sales service support for all IPS/IPC controls.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, OEM’s and provide valuable feedback to enhance our service operation.
  • On time delivery and Communication: Ensure service deliverables within the stipulated time and communicate effectively with all our customers.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with all customers, Authorized service providers, Reps, OEMs, mechanical contractors in the region.
  • Reporting: Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual reports with respect to commissioning and after sales service.

Customer Support

  • Commissioning of IPS and IPC Controls in India (North and East region).
  • To work closely with regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support to all the customers.
  • Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region
  • Co ordinate with factory Quality team and give feed back about field failures
  • Participate in all the training programs conducted in factory and through online portal
  • Train all regional rep engineers for all products and latest upgrades periodically and improve customer experience
  • Provide feedback on field failures to all OEM team members for corrective action
  • Responsible for generating service billing in the region as per the schedule and work towards achieving/surpassing the annual targets for service billing.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Communication Engineering
  • 5– 7 years of Field service hands on experience working in HVAC/Pump/CRM/ Optimization/Building Automation industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Pumps and Controls in HVAC & Fire applications
  • Should have hands on experience in Electronics control panels in HVAC/Building Automation industries.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
  • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
  • Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
  • Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
