Key Accountabilities

  • Execute Ecosystem roadmap consistent with business and customer needs. 
  • Maintain offering strategy on macro trends, addressable markets, growth rates, trends, and new and existing competition. 
  • Monitor VOC & VOS related to all Ecosystem elements. 
  • Communicate competitive intelligence to inform and refine the Ecosystem strategy. 
  • Generate business propositions. 
  • 40% Domestic Travel. 
  • Work from home available.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
  • 20 yrs of sales experience in HVAC & Fluid Flow/Pumps Industry.
  • Software Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts within various organizational structures.
  • The capability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Team-oriented leadership skills with a proactive approach.
  • An ability to communicate openly and authentically in all situations.

Rate of pay: $160,000/year - $170,000/year.
