The Senior Developer will leverage customer-facing experiences and be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving user or system reported Workflow Issues. This role will also be involved with the definition and implementation of workflows that will support and optimize overall business.

Additionally, this role requires in-depth understanding of business processes, sales tools such as Sales Portals, CRM that integrates to ERP systems and other business technology.

The key accountabilities of this position are:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage modern business technology to support and/or automate workflows or functions.
• Collaborate with various business groups, super users, and end users to define and document requirements to deliver new workflow solutions and/or enhancements to existing workflow solutions and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional requirements into technical solutions by leveraging Infor out-of-box features and functionalities and when applicable customizing code to meet specifications.
• Collaborate With the Integration team leaders, actively identify solutions to further improve business processes and data structures to support business initiatives.
• Participate in various systems integration projects for workflows and business processes, acting as the technical SME responsible for user adoption and necessary transitional efforts to production.
• Design, develop, and maintain training plans, materials, and documentation of workflows for users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate and deliver user DEMO/trainings.
• Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers as required on projects and/or support related topics.

Role Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of systems analysis experience focused on systems solutions design and development.
• 7+ years of application support experience focused on large scale enterprise customers.
• Working experience of the following:
• Infor ION and Infor LN ERP systems
• Systems implementations, migrations, and integrations
• Data management, reporting, and analytics
• User Training and creation of operating manuals and training materials
• Advanced knowledge of the following:
• Workflows/Business Processes and task automation
• Java, SQL queries, scripting, and reporting
• Expertise in Integration Projects involving LN Studio, Infor OS, ION Desk (BODs, Data Flows, Workflows, Monitors and Alerts), ION API, BDEs, SOAP/REST APIs, Infor Document Management (IDM), Ming.le, Infor Reporting (IR), and other third-party applications like ARAS - PLM processes.
• APIs knowledge and their integrations
• Systems testing and release management principles and methodology
• Problem and change management.

• Superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated high-level of initiative and ability to operate with high levels of autonomy.
• Ability to multitask and manage concurrent operational responsibilities and project assignments, while balancing with other priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is a must.
• Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
